Hi,

So here is the situation. I have two speakers Philips MFB 22RH541. They have had all the electrolytic capacitors replaced. Recently one of the speakers developed a fault. As soon as it is turned on it produces noise. The noise comes from both woofer and the tweeter.

Here is the video presenting the problem:



Before I start my repair could anyone with the experience possibly direct me on what this could be caused by?

As I mentioned the electrolytic capacitors are all brand new.

that's strange, I would suspect the piezo transducer pcb in the bass-speaker, mainly the FET
541, 544, 585, (F9638 unrefurbished in dit theater)
