Hi,
So here is the situation. I have two speakers Philips MFB 22RH541. They have had all the electrolytic capacitors replaced. Recently one of the speakers developed a fault. As soon as it is turned on it produces noise. The noise comes from both woofer and the tweeter.

Before I start my repair could anyone with the experience possibly direct me on what this could be caused by?
As I mentioned the electrolytic capacitors are all brand new.
